5 minutes: quick as flash beauty routine

Get glowing skin in 5 minutes?
Nah, never! Yup! In 5 minutes flat you'll be able to give your skin the two things it really needs: a cleanser and a moisturiser. Even if you've been a good girl and cleansed your face the night before, your skin will still need its wake-up call. It's THE key to a flawless complexion! Cleanse your skin with an appropriate texture - micellar water for sensitive skin, a gel for oily skin, a face oil for normal/dry skin and a lotion for mature skin. It'll get rid of any impurities accumulated overnight, such as traces of make up, sebum and dust. Follow with a spritz of thermal water.
Finish off with a moisturiser suited to your needs. Mattifying, anti-blemish, anti-wrinkle, anti-ageing, brightening, anti-fatigue...
The choice is yours! Gently massage your cream in to your face and neck, not forgetting your eye contour treatment.
And? That's all folks! Clean, glowing skin in the same amount of time it takes to make your morning cuppa!

10 minutes: an exfoliating routine

If you have 10 minutes, you can add a scrub to your morning beauty routine.
After cleansing and before moisturising, you'll have time to apply a facial scrub. It'll get rid of dead cells that suffocate skin and leave it looking sallow. Added plus: it'll clean out your pores and give your circulation a good boost. Opt for a fine grain scrub (normal skin) with exfoliating agents (sensitive/oily skin) and/or fruit acids (mature skin). Massage on your scrub using gentle circular movements, but avoid the fragile skin around your eye contour. Scrubbing will leave your skin even-toned and squeaky clean. Word of advice: don't use a face scrub every day - aim for once or twice a week. Finish off with a moisturiser. After 10 minutes you'll be left with a peachy glow and baby soft skin!

15 minutes: the whole caboodle

A quarter of an hour is all you'll need to cleanse, moisturise and deal with any skincare pet peeves: reduce shine, hydrate parched skin, brighten your complexion, beat ruddiness, fill lines/wrinkles, firm up your features, disguise bags under your eyes...
As ever, start with a good cleanse. Then apply a mask, chosen according to any issues you wish to treat. Slathering on a thick layer will pump your skin full of its active ingredients. Leave it on for 5 or 10 minutes (depending on the product) and rinse off with warm water - instant results guaranteed! Don't forget to moisturise afterwards. It's best to apply a mask one or twice a week, preferably the day after a scrub, when your skin will be clean and your pores unclogged. A 15-minute morning beauty routine to get a clear, glowing, blemish-free complexion!
